Look in your local yellow pages under escort services. The same ones have been openly advertising in there for years. Same owners. The owner meets with members of the police department. The corruption in this town runs deep. If you do not support their corruption they will try to run you out of town. Jack White development, then receives a lucrative contract to develop this property and for him to put down $20,000 dollars for this deal.<br /> April 2010, I believe, Jack Whites development<br />receives a grant from the redevelopment fund of Daytona beach for $25,000, are you with me so far.Jack White is ahead of this by $5,000.00 plus the land deal. <br />The use of Land deals for the new pay off rather then cash has become the new norm in corruption of power here in Florida.<br />Then shortly afterward Kelly White, wife of Jack White development throws her hat in to the ring to run for commission seat against Sheila McCay.
