property on Grand view Av,for 1.8 million Dollars plus the cost of the demolition of the building for $93,000. Jack White development, then receives a lucrative contract to develop this property and for him to put down $20,000 dollars for this deal.
April 2010, I believe, Jack Whites development
receives a grant from the redevelopment fund of Daytona beach for $25,000, are you with me so far.Jack White is ahead of this by $5,000.00 plus the land deal.
The use of Land deals for the new pay off rather then cash has become the new norm in corruption of power here in Florida.
